1. The staff must be familiar with the use and maintenance of vacuum pump systems, heating thermostats, oil pumps and other machinery.

2. After long-term operation, the vacuum degree cannot meet the requirements, and the vacuum pump oil is emulsified, so it should be replaced in time. Also refer to the instructions for the vacuum pump.

3. When the oil intake is reduced, the inspection net is blocked, or when the solenoid valve is opened and the filter is removed, #90 dry oil can be used instead.

4. When the pressure gauge is higher than 0.3Mpa, the oil pump will stop automatically. Remove the fine filter element (21), wash it with 90% gasoline and dry it, then wrap it with cotton cloth. If the pressure is still higher than 0.3Mpa, the fine filter element should be replaced.

5. The vacuum pump is difficult to start, which belongs to the oil-filled blockage of the pump body. It can be started continuously or manually reversed many times.

6. Magnetic liquid level alarm. When not working, connect the two contacts of the high oil level check (8) to check whether the power control circuit or the secondary check is damaged.

7. After the coalescing filter is used dozens of times, it can be cleaned and installed together with gasoline due to clogging, and can be reused 2-3 times. After performance declines, it should be replaced.

8. The temperature controller is set at the specified temperature (70°C), which can realize the automatic heating of the first group of 24kW (the heating of the two groups is above 50), and can start manual heating at the same time. After running for a period of time, when the oil temperature reaches the set value, it will automatically shut down, no need to use manual heating, just keep automatic heating. the
