Filtration principle of vacuum oil filter


Vacuum oil filters are designed according to the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electric control box. The air in the vacuum pump and vacuum tank is drawn out to create a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil from the outside enters the primary filter through the oil inlet pipe to eliminate larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75°C passes through the automatic oil float valve to automatically control the balance of the amount of oil entering the vacuum tank. The rapid rotation of the jet wing separates the hot oil into a semi-mist. The water in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor, which is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled, and then back to the original water is released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out by the filter element. Thereby completing the whole process that the vacuum oil filter quickly removes impurities, moisture and gas in the oil, and discharges the clean oil from the outlet.
