Brief introduction
      AD Series Dry Air Generator is designed for large power equipment such as transformer, reactor and so on, providing high-purity dry air with its dew point up to - 60℃~-70℃ in the installation and maintenance, and it can replace traditional dry modes such as hot oil circulation, added nitrogen, vacuum pumping, more efficient, economic, safe and environment-friendly.
AD Series Dry Air Generator can it be affected by climate conditions in the installation and maintenance of electric power equipment, especially for overnight operation. It only needs to seal all flanges and filled with dry air up to 0.02-0.03Mpa, without filling oil and nitrogen, or vacuum, and the power equipment such as transformer and reactor will not be affected with damp as well, and it can greatly reduce workload, so as to shorten the construction period and improve the quality of installation and maintenance.The AD Series Dry Air Generator is also suitable for air drying and cyclic drying in storehouse, industries of packaging, electronics, medicine and so on. It is also suitable for nitrogen, generator hydrogen and drying of SF6 equipment. Instead of traditional drying modes, it is efficient, economic, safe and environment-friendly, able to move freely, combined with air compression, cold dry, adsorption.

Usages:
      The dry air generator is widely used in the dry air for large power equipment such as transformer and reactor in maintenance. The dry air provided can ensure that the internal insulation of electric power equipment is not dampened.

Operating principle
      The air enters into tank through air compressor, with most of water compressed and fluidified then discharged through drainage valve, the air is dried for the first time; the air enters into freezing dryer, with water vapor condensed into water, the air is dried for the second time; and the air enters adsorption dryer for the third drying, with rest trace amount moisture absorbed, at last delivered to the equipment in need of dry air through high-precision air filter.
