Pressure Box Filter is a pressure filtration equipment of intermittent operation, widely used in many industrial sectors: sugar, pharmacy, dyestuff, chemical industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, coal dressing, sewage treatment, food etc. It uses filter cloth as a filter medium to separate solid and liquid. It is a kind of separation machine with wide adaptability to materials. The product has been awarded Jilin Province Science and Technology Award, Jilin City Science and Technology Award, Outstanding New Product Award, the sixteenth batch of imported products in Ministry of Machine Building and 98 national key and new products.

Product characteristics
Full-automatic control of PLC machine, which can realize full automatic program control of solid-liquid separation operation.
Pressing, loosening and drawing board is hydraulically controlled, with its movement is flexible and reliable.
The oil cylinder is made of cast iron material, which can guarantee sufficient sealing pressure, no materials running or leaking.
Vibration and flushing are novel in structure and stable in performance. It is equipped with positive and negative blower, which can further reduce the moisture content of filter cake.
